Renter Guidelines
If you have any questions or concerns please speak with the Property Manager located on the first floor just west of the lobby (past the mailboxes).
All tenants must have a proper rental agreement previously approved by the Board on file in the office. An approved rental agreement is a prerequisite for a parking pass or sticker.
Rental agreements must be renewed at the expiration of the current lease. In other words if your original lease and rental agreement was for one year then after one year you must resubmit. If it was for six months then after six months you must resubmit.
All vehicles must have a parking sticker or pass. Vehicles which do not will be given one warning (a sticker on the window) and then towed.
We have free and open parking but please ask guests to use the guest spots located closest to A1A. Trucks and Vans must use the South side of the building. You may wash your vehicle using the hose located at the North East corner of the parking lot.
There is a limit of one pet per unit. Pick up after your pet. Do not allow pets on the beach or in the pool area.
Be courteous and pick up after yourself. Clean the BBQ area when finished using it. Do not discard anything from a balcony.
You are not permitted to sublet. Subletting is the re-renting of property by an existing tenant to a new third party for a portion of the tenant's existing lease contract.
