Balcony Protocol

We have had several complaints of cigarette butts on first floor decks. Please be aware and do not throw cigarette butts from the balconies. The same goes for watering your plants. If you are not on the first floor please keep excess water over the edge to a minimum as it can have adverse effects on those below you.

Parking Lot

We will be repaving the parking lot in Q1 of 2023. Cars will need to be temporarily relocated.
We will have volunteers who will help you to move your vehicle if you are out of State and can not be here. Check back for more information soon.

Parking

If you do not have an updated parking sticker you will be towed. First offense you get a sticker on the window. Next offense you get towed. Parking passes are available at the office on the first floor. We have free and open (unassigned) parking, however, all units are limited to a maximum of 2 cars at any time. Obviously guests vehicles do not count but please have guests use the guest spots located closest to A1A.

Pets

Please pick up after your pet. Not only outside but also inside (yuck!). We have had pet excrement discovered in the halls. Keep in mind we have cameras and if we discover you not picking up after your pet you will be fined.
